Not getting banner results from banner ads? from Darwillisms

Like any part of your marketing mix, however, banner ads need to work at an acceptable return. New evidence from comScore Inc. and others show the actual visibility of online ads may be half of what is expected, due to technical glitches, user intervention and fraud. In short, that means as much as $7 billion in online advertising expenditures is wasted.”
